At Coitonic, we are dedicated to ensuring your athletic performance is never hindered by the wrong fit. If your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
